Ambient Level Design: Sci-Fi Facility

Full sail University Portfolio II course offered me the opportunity to design and implement sounds into a Science Fiction game level.

In Sci-Fi Facility, the focus was to create a realistic spaceship environment undergoing an evacuation emergency due to a reactor leak. The player can explore the various rooms in the ship before the alarm rings, signaling the need to escape.

In this process video, I utilize a sound palette of synths and cat purrs to be transformed into the ambient level design for an eerily abandoned spaceship mid-distress.
