Sound Design Demo Reel 2021

I developed this Sound Design Demo Reel using courses offered by Fullsail University, Sound Designer - Elliot Callighan, and an individual project from myself to design and implement sounds into three video game level demos and one game trailer.

In my personal project, John Lemon’s Haunted Jaunt, I set out to reinvent the unity developer tutorial project into a 3D horror experience. I focused on creating three dynamic atmospheric systems that serve as the core foundation of the game audio. Interactive music, ambiance, and dynamic world and player sounds turn this 3D game to life.

In the Graveyard project, the goal was to design and implement natural, horror inspired, dusk environments into the game level. The player will encounter evolving audio assets such as eerie whispers, distant owls, and thunder as they explore the haunted graveyard.

In Sci-Fi Facility, the focus was to create a realistic spaceship environment undergoing an evacuation emergency due to a reactor leak. The player can explore the various rooms in the ship before the alarm rings, signalling the need to escape.

Elliot Callighan, featured a blank “Need for Speed” video trailer in need of sound effects. In this project, my objective was to highlight the fear and tension felt in a high-speed car crash.
