Players explore the house, solve puzzles, and engage in dialogue with Emily’s NPC friends from a third-person, fixed-camera perspective. An in-game clock counts down to the moment an AI killer is set free, requiring the player to continue to work on puzzles with the threat of a relentlessly stalking presence.
